Kathy Lepo grew up baking with her grandmothers in the kitchen when she was a child. It turned into a love and a passion for creating and trying new recipes. Her family and friends were always willing to be participants in her trial and error.
As a teen, she baked for all school and church fundraisers. Kathy started working in the food service industry at 16 in a small tavern in Cleveland Ohio.
She has catered the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio for several years . Her clients included many stars such as Alex Trebek, Frank Gifford, Ernest Bourgnine, Howard Cosell, the inductees & VIP’s.
Kathy also managed Club Corporations of America an upscale restaurant and banquet room in Akron, Ohio that also catered to the stars & crew who performed at the E.J. Thomas Performing Arts Center in Akron, Ohio.
She was an Assistant Manager/Maitre’d for two establishments owned by the Club Corporation of America, a Dallas based company owning Golf & Country Clubs, Business Clubs, Sports Clubs and Alumni Clubs, all are fine dining.
She has worked in Florida with world class chefs preparing and cooking of salads, entrees and desserts at the University Club in Jacksonville, FL then the Coast Club in Melbourne, FL
